K&C partnered to launch Ambie's innovative open-ear technology outside of Japan into its first global market: the United States.

As the standard for earphones becomes how effective the noise cancelling, we flipped the script. With Ambie, it's how much more you hear while you're still in your own world.

 

K&C defined Ambie’s global brand direction and built its US website around a clear communication pyramid: brand essence → product proof → key details. We reframed Ambie from a technical “gadget” to something sociable—positioned for a category-redefining generation on the move. Anchored by “Tune in your world” and the category claim “the original open-listening design.” Connection, possibility, and togetherness over isolation.

 

Creator-led visuals capture everyday moments. The site integrates discovery to purchase in one scannable flow with a simplified product area prioritising the main wireless SKU and colors, with wired presented clearly below. Trust appears early—fit philosophy, open-ear safety, Sony audio heritage—while deeper stories sit beneath. E-commerce is tuned for conversion: early CTAs, one click to cart, two to checkout, on-domain payment, and intuitive add-ons that lift AOV.

 

Result: clear positioning, human storytelling, and a shoppable, scalable brand system
